We are looking for a motivated Technical Support Engineer to assist our team in resolving customer queries and providing technical support for SaaS applications. This internship is ideal for freshers or recent graduates who want to gain hands-on experience in technical support and customer success.

Office time: 9 am to 6 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday
Location Preference: Candidates must be from Gujarat.
Responsibilities
- Respond to basic technical queries via chat, email, or phone under guidance.
- Assist in troubleshooting SaaS application issues like access, performance, and integration problems.
- Guide customers through step-by-step solutions with clarity.
- Document queries, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps in ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with senior support or development teams for escalated issues.
Qualification and Minimal Requirements
- Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in technical support (internship/academic exposure accepted).
- Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, networking, operating systems, and troubleshooting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
