Candidates must be from Gujarat.
Responsibilities
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Conducting telephonic and preliminary interviews with candidates
- Managing employees leaves and performance details
- Develop training and development programs
Qualification and Minimal Requirements
- Experience: Min. 6 months
- Knowledge of HR functions (salary, recruitment, etc.)
- BBA/MBA in Houman Resource
- Experience in the hiring process for an IT Company
