This includes creating engaging job descriptions optimized for SEO, efficiently screening candidates, conducting thorough interviews, and collaborating with department leaders to ensure a smooth hiring process.

 

The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid background in HR management, preferably with experience in the tech industry, and a talent for identifying and nurturing exceptional web development professionals. Your ability to organize, communicate effectively, and strategize will be crucial in this role. Office time: 9 am to 6 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday

 

Candidates must be from Gujarat.

Responsibilities

  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective onboarding plans
  • Conducting telephonic and preliminary interviews with candidates
  • Managing employees leaves and performance details
  • Develop training and development programs

Qualification and Minimal Requirements

  • Experience: Min. 6 months
  • Knowledge of HR functions (salary, recruitment, etc.)
  • BBA/MBA in Houman Resource
  • Experience in the hiring process for an IT Company
