Job Description
As a QA+Support Specialist, you will engage with clients via chat, email, or Zoom. Handle quality control, troubleshooting, and support.
Number of positions: 1
Office time: 9 am to 6 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday
Candidates must be from Gujarat.
Responsibilities
Quality Assurance:
- Assist in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
- Perform manual testing of Web Application applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using a bug-tracking Web Application.
- Collaborate with development teams to understand product requirements and provide feedback.
Customer Support:
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing solutions.
- Guide customers through problem-solving processes and offer solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions and understand client needs and usage patterns to offer personalized support.
Qualification and Minimal Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in quality assurance and/or customer support roles.
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Candidate having Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail is a plus.
