Job Description

We seek a highly motivated and target-driven Chat Executive to join our dynamic team at Arham Web Works.

As a Chat Representative, you will engage with clients through chat, Mail or Zoom Meetings.

Number of positions: 1
Office time: 9 am to 6 pm
Working days: Monday to Friday
Candidates must be from Gujarat.

 

Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients through chat to initiate collection efforts and provide assistance through projects.
  • Provide support and assistance to clients in resolving their queries or concerns via chat.
  • Work as per the tasks and role assigned; has to understand business exigency and support business by working for extended hours.
  • Your day-to-day tasks will include addressing client’s inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance and assistance throughout the client’s journey.
  • Training will be provided by the company.

Qualification and Minimal Requirements

  • Previous experience as a chat agent or in client service roles is preferred.
  • Strong written communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and build rapport through chat.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and challenging client interactions with professionalism and patience via chat.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent education or ITI, BCA, BSC.
