Meta offers 5 roles, each with different permissions, So you have to role and permissions accordingly.
- Admin: Full control over the business account.
- Editor: Can manage content and ads.
- Moderator: Can respond to messages and comments.
- Advertiser: Can create and manage ads.
- Analyst: Can view insights and performance data.
Adding User to Meta Business Manager Account
Before Users enter Meta Business Manager you must admin access to the business manager, because only Admin can add any users and give access to your business manager, ads, pages, and assets.
1. Go to Facebook Business
Go to business.facebook.com select your business manager account.
2. Navigate to Setting
Navigate to Settings from the left side of the bottom.
3. Invite People
Navigate to right side of the Top and click on “+ Invite People” Button
4. Add People with Email Address
After clicking on + Invite Button, There is a popup that opens. You have to put your employee or collaborator email id in the email section. There are two advanced settings, you can use that according to your needs. And Click on Next button.

5. Assign Access
There are several types of access available, so you should assign access according to your needs. In this example, we used Full Control because we want to provide full access to our business manager, including Ad Manager, pages, assets, and Meta Pixel. After selecting your option, click the Next button.
6. Assign business assets
Select all the assets you want to give access to your employee or collaborator and click the confirmation button. Then, assign access to each asset according to their needs and click the next button.
7. Review Invitation
Review your business portfolio access, If all access are perfect then just click on send Invitation button.
Your invitation has been sent to the email address of your employee or collaborator. Now, you need to wait for their acceptance. Once accepted, they will gain access to your business manager account.
